Here is my first painting after stroke
My name is Debbie Sprowl, I started painting in 2020, I’ve been an Artist in my younger years, mainly Sketching, and thought I’d like to paint Acrylic, I gave up Art because I raised 4 boys and got extremely busy, so a lot of years I didn’t think I’d ever do this, but in 2016 I had a Stroke, I took a few years to get better, and now 2020 I begin to paint it came so Naturally, I call my Art the Yellow Butterfly. The Yellow Butterfly is a sign of hope, peace, guidance and happiness! The best is yet to come a positive change is coming soon (a positive change to come). A yellow butterfly represents joy and creativity. It reminds you to have fun and it denotes Love. It represents the soul, a long lifespan and good health, fortune and honest prosperity. Thank you for looking at my page, I’m looking forward to what God wants me to do.

Art is something that makes you breath with a different kind of happiness. Art is a microscope which the artist fixes on the secrets at the soul. We were all trying to bring that spirit, that spontaneous energy, into our work and out of the heart.
Sometimes it represents, peace, structure, there is a meaning in your painting. I pray over everything I paint. When people look at my art, it means something to them, what they are suppose to see. Sometimes the picture has attitude with it, its so wonderful to create the piece. I give my paintings to God and He teaches me, its amazing to watch it happen. Salvador Dali said

- See what the animal is saying to you
- Feel the peace of the flowers
- Hear the bear breathing and the wolf howling
- Can actually see the horse running
- Be moved by look of their eyes
It is like Monet once said
I want the unobtainable. Other artists paint a bridge, a house, a boat, and that's the end. They are finished. I want to paint the air which surrounds the bridge, the house, the boat, the beauty of the air in which these objects are located, and that is nothing short of impossible
A picture is a poem without words and as long as God has me on this planet I plan to inspire you with everything that inspires me to paint as the Lord controls my hands!
